Riti’s mantra in life is BALANCE, so when chaos raises its head, Riti digs into her Vipassana mediation lessons, and when dark clouds gather, she tends to her patch of the vegetable garden. At the end of the day, she rustles porridge and pilaf in the kitchen and discusses life and books with her young son. If Riti had to use the magic wand one last time, she’d retrieve life’s old-fashioned formula of compassion, courage, and love. And the ability to not overlook little joys.

Anil is an internationally certified NLP Master Practitioner and Gestalt Therapist and owe’s his therapeutic skills to Dr. Richard (Dick) McHugh; SJ PhD Anil is also the Mentor for the 'International Journal of Neurolinguistics & Gestalt Psychology' (IJNGP). He has authored more than 10 books in the space of Neurolinguistics, Mental Health and Gestalt Therapy. Anil continues to practice therapy and conducts LAB sessions with the Master Practitioners.
